A great little add-on to a longer Australian adventure, this short-and-sweet journey to the famed Red Centre brings you close to the continent’s vast heart. Watch the sun rise over iconic Uluru, explore the curious domed rock formations of Kata Tjuta and gaze up in astonished awe at the 100-metre-high walls of majestic Kings Canyon while the locals share the secrets of indigenous Australian culture. If you’ve come all the way to Australia, it’d be a shame to go home without coming here first. Regret nothing.
Day 1 Alice Springs/Uluru
Be picked up from one of our approved pick-up points starting at 5:25am, and travel to the Red Centre. Visit the Aboriginal cultural centre and take the informative Mala Walk around part of Uluru's base. Catch the sunset over Uluru before heading to the campground for the night. Camp under the stars of the night sky—the only way to really experience the Outback.
Day 2 Uluru/Kings Creek
Watch the sunrise over Uluru, then enjoy a walk through the Valley of the Winds in Kata Tjuta. Continue onto Kings Creek Station for another night around the campfire.
Day 3 Kings Creek/Alice Springs
Hike the awe-inspiring Kings Canyon, then stop by a camel farm for an optional camel ride en route back to Alice Springs where the tour ends upon arrival in the early evening. Feel free to book onward travel from 8pm or later.
