Beach House by Silversands, Grenada

New for 2024, this boutique hideaway is the little sister of the wonderful Silversands Grenada, which made such a splash when it first opened in 2018. The Beach House tumbles down a stone bluff onto the picturesque Portici Beach on the south coast, just 10 minutes’ drive from the airport, and undoubtedly deserves its place as a brand new member of Leading Hotels of the World. 
 
There are 28 one and two bedroom suites, rendered particularly striking by their unique canopied design. Accommodation is located either on the cliffside amongst tropical foliage or down on the beachfront, with steps leading from your private terrace directly onto the sand. Tall ceilings and full height windows create a real sense of space, and the décor is cool and understated. You can enjoy al fresco dining at the seafront Italian restaurant, where there is also a bar, and the main infinity pool is perfectly positioned for floating serenely while gazing out across the turquoise Caribbean Sea. If lazy days on the beach sound just a little bit too energetic, why not treat yourself to some time at the spa, with an irresistible menu of soothing treatments.
