On the island’s south west coast, with Morne Rouge and Grand Anse beaches close by. St George's, the island's picturesque capital, is 10 minutes away by car. 

Accommodation

The 16 suites and cottages are all generously sized and tastefully appointed with a Balinese four poster bed, an open-air bathroom, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, and mini bar. Large sundecks boast a day bed, a small private plunge pool and ocean views. Semi-detached Cottage Suites are on the upper hillside and offer the best views; detached Deluxe Cottages are set just above the beach whilst the Deluxe Beach Cottage occupies a prime location just steps from the water’s edge. The newest additions to the resort are the spectacular Three, Four and Five Bedroom Villas that are set up on the bluff. Boasting ultra-modern facilities, generous indoor and outdoor living/dining areas, private infinity pools and breathtaking panoramic views, the villas are perfect for larger families or groups of friends. All have an electric golf cart to get around and pre-arrival groceries or a personal chef can be arranged at an additional cost.

The resort has a delightful thatched roof restaurant which opens directly onto the beach and serves wonderfully authentic Italian cuisine, reflecting the owner’s Calabrian roots. Wines are carefully selected from small, artisan vineyards in Italy and the hotel’s extensive wine cellar boasts over 10,000 bottles - an impressive selection for such a small resort. There is also a beachfront cocktail bar leading into an open-air Balinese-style lounge with the most comfortable over-sized sofas and sea views.

These include a beachfront swimming pool, mountain bikes and a range of non-motorised watersports including sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and snorkelling. Scuba diving, sport fishing, tennis and golf can all be arranged nearby. Laluna’s renowned Wellness Centre features an organic garden, a beachfront yoga pavilion with complimentary daily yoga classes and full moon meditation, a well-equipped gym and a wonderful spa. With four treatment rooms, the spa reflects the resort’s Balinese influence and combines Caribbean charm and Eastern techniques with products exclusively hand made in Bali. There’s a weekly outdoor movie night by the yoga pavilion complete with comfortable beanbags and a drinks service. There is a hotel catamaran available for Thursday afternoon sailing and snorkelling at the famous underwater sculpture park.
