You are going to travel to the South West part of Iceland by Superjeep to see the stunning natural wonders of this regions known as the ‘Golden Circle’. See Gullfoss waterfall, the queen of Iceland’s waterfalls that tumbles down a deep meandering gorge, and visit the geothermal area in Haukadalur, where hot springs are in abundance and geysers explode. Strokkury is the most active geysur and spouts water every 15 minutes.
A stop is made for lunch (optional) giving you the opportunity to walk around the bubbling mud pools and exploding geysers in the area. Visit Nesjavellir – a high temperature geothermal area – on your way to Thingvellir National Park where ‘The Althing’ parliament was founded over 1000 years ago.
