Head off Cape Town's tourist track to uncover its hidden gems on this three-day experience. Your CEO leads the way on a unique Day Tour and a cable car ride to Table Mountain before enjoying a glass of wine or two at a winery.
Day 1 Cape Town
Arrive at any time. This evening, join a group of local women for a cooking demonstration and Cape Malay dinner.
Day 2 Cape Town
Catch the cable car up Table Mountain for a tour and panoramic views of beautiful Cape Town, Table Bay, and Lion's Head. After, drive to the seaside town of Hout Bay for a fish and chips lunch before continuing along the Cape Peninsula to Groot Constantia wine farm. Nestled in a valley on the eastern side of Table Mountain, this beautiful winery was established in 1685. Tour this historic site and enjoy a wine tasting before returning to Cape Town.
Day 3 Cape Town
Enjoy a walking tour and experience the sights, tastes and sounds of some of Cape Town's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Visit Bo Kaap, including the old Mosque, and learn about the Peoples church of the Apartheid era at St Georges Cathedral. Stop and smell the roses at the flower market in Adderley and finish with a leisurely stroll back to the hotel. For travellers continuing on to another G Adventures tour, your CEO will help facilitate the joining of the new group starting in the evening.
