Sailing Greece - Athens to Kos

A yacht adventure is the ideal way to experience what many consider the world's most beautiful islands: the Greek Islands. Sail for up to 22 days aboard our 15m (50 ft) yachts, with time for hiking, snorkelling, and relaxing. Explore ancient archaeological sites and taverna-lined harbours, dine on fresh seafood and don't forget to try the Ouzo!

Day 1 Athens
Arrival day. Join the group at 5pm for a welcome meeting and safety briefing before beginning the sailing journey to Mykonos. Enjoy a night cap on the boat, or head out to explore Athens by night.

Day 2 Athens/Northern Cyclades
Set sail for the Cyclades. Possible island stops include: Syros, Kea, Kythnos, Mykonos, Hydra and Aegina. Day 3 Northern Cyclades

Day 7 Northern Cyclades/Mykonos
Celebrate upon arrival to Mykonos by visiting the local windmills and enjoying a cocktail on a veranda overlooking Little Venice. The beaches and nightlife add excitement to the picturesque island.

Day 8 Mykonos
Enjoy a free day on one of the most famous islands in Greece. Join the group at 5pm to welcome some new friends before beginning the journey to Santorini.

Day 9 Mykonos/Cyclades

Day 10 Cyclades
Possible island stops include: Naxos, Paros, Antiparos, Ios, Sifnos, Folegandros

Day 12 Cyclades

Enjoy a free day. Join the group for a meeting at 5pm to welcome new group members.

Day 16 Cyclades/Dodecanese Islands
Spend the next few days sailing through the Cyclades and Dodecanese Islands on the way to Kos. Relax on the boat, pick up a few sailing tricks, and explore these islands from remote ports and anchorages. Possible stops include: Kinaros & Levitha, Leros, Kalymnos, Sirna, Astypalea, Tilos, Halki, Nisyros, Amorgos and with plenty of free time and no included activities, the skipper will be on hand to offer suggestions for the best way to explore each stop.

Day 17 Cyclades/Dodecanese Islands
Spend the next few days sailing through the Cyclades and Dodecanese Islands on the way to Kos. Relax on the boat, pick up a few sailing tricks, and explore these islands from remote ports and anchorages. Possible stops include: Kinaros & Levitha, Leros, Kalymnos, Sirna, Astypalea, Tilos, Halki, Nisyros, Amorgos and with plenty of free time and no included activities, the skipper will be on hand to offer suggestions for the best way to explore each stop.

Day 18 Cyclades/Dodecanese Islands
Spend the next few days sailing through the Cyclades and Dodecanese Islands on the way to Kos.
