The adventure begins tonight! You will have a private vehicle meet you at the airport and transport you to your hotel in Nairobi.
Day 1 Nairobi

Day at leisure to relax at the hotel.
Day 2 Nairobi (1B)

Transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight from Nairobi to Nanyuki and the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. After lunch, your driver will take you for an hour long guided visit to the Chimp Sanctuary where, on arrival, you will have an insightful talk about the chimps.

Later this afternoon you will get to explore the Ol Pejeta Conservancy on an included wildlife safari drive, before heading back to camp.
Day 3 Nairobi/Ol Pejeta Conservancy (1L, 1D)

Transfer back to Nanyuki Airport where you will catch your flight to Samburu. Enjoy the afternoon in camp and safari in this beautiful reserve.
Day 4 Ol Pejeta Conservancy/Samburu Game Reserve (1B, 1L, 1D)

Rise early for a morning wildlife safari drive, stopping for lunch en route. Continue searching for the perfect photography opportunities. Enjoy a sundowner and a bush dinner overlooking this elegant oasis in the spectacular arid landscape of Samburu.
Day 5 Samburu Game Reserve (1B, 1L, 1D)

This morning we fly to the world famous Masai Mara National Reserve. With its vast open plains and flat-topped acacia trees, no visit to Kenya would be complete without a visit here. After arriving and getting settled at our safari camp, we’ll make our way on an afternoon wildlife safari drive, with excellent chances of seeing the Big Five: buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino.
Day 6 Samburu Game Reserve/Masai Mara (1B, 1L, 1D)

Awake early for an included hot air balloon ride unlike any other. Toast your return to earth with a champagne breakfast, cooked where you land. Keep tracking your favourite animals on another afternoon wildlife safari drive.
Day 7 Masai Mara (1B, 1L, 1D)

Transfer to the airport for a morning of transportation departing one great African country for the next, crossing the border from Kenya to Tanzania. In the afternoon set out on a wildlife safari drive to see the Serengeti for the first time.

Day 8 Masai Mara/Serengeti National Park (1B, 1L, 1D)

Today enjoy a full day of wildlife safari drives in world-famous Serengeti National Park. See who can spot the animals the fastest.
Day 9 Serengeti National Park (1B, 1L, 1D)

Depart the lodge early and enjoy a morning drive in the Serengeti. Make your way through the Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, passing wildlife, Masai villages and grazing cattle before reaching the breathtaking view of the crater below.
Day 10 Serengeti National Park/Ngorongoro (1B, 1L, 1D)

Enjoy an early morning wildlife safari drive and picnic lunch in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Head back to hotel mid afternoon to relax and enjoy the view.
Day 11 Ngorongoro (1B, 1L, 1D)

Today is an action packed day. Head out early from the Crater Conservation area and enjoy a spectacular scenic drive with a view of the Rift Valley to Mto wa Mbu. Visit Mto wa Mbu village to enjoy a local lunch and cultural experience with the city's villagers. After lunch, continue on to visit a Masai village to learn about the Masai people and the G Adventures-supported Clean Cookstove project. Meet the local women engineers who have installed clean cookstoves throughout these communities.

Arrive into Arusha late afternoon.
Day 12 Ngorongoro/Arusha (1B, 1L, 1D)

Welcome to Zanzibar. Here you will be met at the airport upon arrival and transferred to your hotel in Stone Town.

A UNESCO World Heritage site, Stone Town is a captivating labyrinth of narrow streets and winding alleyways. Lose yourself in the buzz of the bustling bazaars, and check out the many mosques and grand Arab residences.
Day 13 Arusha/Stone Town (1B)

Set out on a spice plantation tour and have some fun with face painting using local plants. The tour can be tailored for families and can include coconut tree climbing demonstrations, explanations on dress made from banana leaves and learn fun Swahili phrases. Arrive at the beach for some relaxing down time.
Day 14 Stone Town/Dongwe (1B, 1L, 1D)

Enjoy some beach time on the world-famous sands of Zanzibar. Opt for a snorkelling day trip for the group to Mnemba Atoll. Activities abound here with options like scuba diving, fishing and traditional dhow cruises or go for a bit of relaxation with massages or spa treatments.
Day 15 Dongwe (1B, 1L, 1D)

If you are departing today you will take your included departure transfer to the airport for your flight home to Toronto.
Day 16 Dongwe/Stone Town (1B)
